Thank you for your interest in becoming a c-shopper.
c-shop is a service of Concerto Research Inc., a full-service market research firm located in Vancouver, BC, Canada. We have a diverse client list but we specialize in hospitality, automotive, traditional retail, and personal care. We currently have shops in Canada and the United States.
A Mystery Shopper is an independent contractor who anonymously visits or phones our clients and records their experience in detail, based on surveys we have created. Typical questions ask about your satisfaction with the service, products, and cleanliness.
There is no cost to become a Mystery Shopper with us. Some shops may require that you pay for the items before we reimburse you, but at no time will you be asked to pay a "membership fee".
If you have questions about how we run our mystery shopping programs, click on "ABOUT", and then "FAQs for Shoppers" for answers to frequently asked questions including information about payment, applying for shops, what qualities we look for in our Shoppers, etc.
